LEGS & SHOULDERS
Training
Anderson Front Squats
were very challenging. In the recent past, I have complained about my right
quad hurting when I squat but today there was total comfort and I think this
was happening because I haven't been doing enough mobility work to warm-up and
with the addition of unilateral leg work the quad is feeling stronger. I am
closing in on rep PRs for all my shoulder exercises which is great. Soon I will
begin microloading the bar to conquer new territory.
