Good workout just getting into the mode of deadlifts for tomorrow. Gotta make sure I don't choke!

Front Squats:
105 kgs x 3 reps
115 x 2
125 x 1 @ 86%

Overhead Press:
60 x 6
65 x 5
70 x 4
75 x 3
80 x 2
85 x 1
