SQUATS & PRESS Day
I am doing Back Squats
after a year and I am just a small margin off my old max. 162,5 kgs is 94% of
172,5 kgs so I will be working for reps and sets in the 145-160 range for some
time before I expect to break through 172,5. I am hoping Back Squats have that
immediate training effect on Deadlifts later this week but given how sideways
things are going who knows haha!
Back Squats:
