M96C2T3 Back Squats 162,5kgs, Weighted Pull-ups & Unilateral OHP

SQUATS & PRESS Day

I am doing Back Squats after a year and I am just a small margin off my old max. 162,5 kgs is 94% of 172,5 kgs so I will be working for reps and sets in the 145-160 range for some time before I expect to break through 172,5. I am hoping Back Squats have that immediate training effect on Deadlifts later this week but given how sideways things are going who knows haha!

Back Squats:
125 kgs x 3 reps
135 x 3
145 x 3
155 x 1
160 x 1
162,5 x 1 @ Relative Max @ 94% of Old Max
135 x 5

Weighted Pull-ups:
25 x (2 + 2) x 3 Clusters

Unilateral Overhead Press:
20 x 13
20 x 10
25 x 8
30 x 6
30 x 5
20 x 10
