CHAIN Training
I was going to call it
quits and skip this session because I was/am running on 4 hours of sleep (2 + 1
+ 1) and barely any food...but I began the workout with some grip training and
by the time I was done with hammer curls I felt good enough to do some
semblance of a workout. So I broke the original workout down into smaller
section and I finished everything except squatting which I have postponed to
tomorrow.

+ 125 + 28 + 60 = 342
