BENCH Day
Repetition Effort for
Bench Press. Adding a rep to the 100 kgs sets was very comfortably. The real
challenge in going to begin next rotation when I begin adding reps past 6 which
is all PR territory. I have also removed CGBP and added Dips instead because
Dips are way more challenging and I think they will help my bench more than
CGBP.
