DEADLIFT Day
I went a little off the
rails in this workout. The Good Mornings were relatively easy and straight
forward. I had some trouble with repping out Chained GM but that is to be
expected. When I got to Deadlifts, I "felt" very sluggish so I threw
in another set with 227,5 kgs for a single. To balance things out I added a
standalone set of deadlifts at the end with 215 kgs for a triple. I was
sluggish but not nearly as much as what the paranoid parrot in my head was
screaming lol. All said and done this was a good workout so I have no
complaints. I just have to keep grinding away. Next week I will progress on GM
by doing 2 sets of triples with 160 kgs and I will add a rep to the 227,5 kgs
DL.
