DEADLIFT & OVERHEAD PRESS Main
Event
I’ve had a
bad allergic reaction and I was feeling very ill for the last couple of days.
Sitting around wasn’t really helping me get any better so I decided to get off
my butt and get a solid workout in. I was supposed to begin the next wave of
Eric Troy’s Density Progression with 96% on Deadlifts but I wasn’t feeling it
so I decided to do some Good Mornings instead and I set some new Benchmarks. Overhead
Press went smoothly with another successful double @ 100% 93 kgs.
