OVERHEAD PRESS Assistance
I made some
good progress on Uni OHP. 37,5 kgs is really killing me and I think next week I
will attempt to hit a 5 rep set with it. My right arm is weaker than my left so
this is the troublesome part. I have added in more arm work because I know I
need to pack on some size for Bench Press.
