DEADLIFT & OVERHEAD PRESS Main
Event
Deadlifts
were very good and super challenging. Special shout out to big boy Diipen for
being a solid teammate. I added a rep to 240 kgs for a total volume of 16 reps
and I maintained my overall intensity of 94%. I have left tiny pockets that I
can exploit for progress. It is soon going to be time to roll back to Good
Mornings.
