As for me...
Today was an easy training day. I introduced Front Squats after quite a long
time and I took a conservative weight and did a couple of singles to test them
out. There are no issues. I am not worried about reclaiming 145 kgs. It felt
good to Bench after so many weeks. I haven’t lost any strength as such and they
have their use for my Overhead Press focus so it’s all good.
