I increased the band tension on OHP and used the No 2
bands. This was awesome. I changed my loading pattern and decided to go heavy
in the beginning and then work with a lighter weight for the remaining sets. I
also threw in some struggle set at the end to feel the weight crushing down on
me and I am aiming to build my struggle tolerance over the next few weeks. I
threw in a heavy set of Chained Dips that was very challenging. All in all this
was a good workout.
