PRESS + TRICEPS + ROWS + BICEPS
I am going
to keep focusing on rep work on Uni OHPs within the 30 to 37,5 kgs weight
range. Back training was smooth and I got a fair amount of progress from last
session. I don’t want to go to failure on too many things at one time because
this tends to spur some bad habits in me with regards to form and general
technique. Going for broke on everything doesn’t work for too long so just
racking up the numbers without needing to reset is worth it.
