SQUATS
The right
quad has healed well, I think. I am not having trouble pacing myself or having
unequal footing so muscle memory has kicked in (lol) and things are looking
good. I am going to try to add reps to 160 kgs before I increase the weight. I
am hoping to take 125 kgs for 7 reps after which I will remove the set with 135
kgs and focus on increasing the volume with 160 kgs by that much. I have
rearranged my schedule of this week too much so Squats have fallen too close to
Deadlifts but in the future I will need to be diligent about this otherwise
Squats will begin to interfere with Deadlifts. I am also having a fun time
repping out 125 kgs and 135 kgs almost to the point that I wanted to do 10+
reps just for kicks.
I have a
little bit of pressing work left from this week but I am not sure if I want to
train close to deadlift day and this pressing work is all bonus points anyway.
