Banded
Overhead Presses were a real challenge today. I need to keep building on volume
to get that raw strength off the bottom for the big lifts. I can’t believe I
failed 95 kgs just around the height of my head – usually my failures occur
around the chin i.e. at the bottom of the ROM. I am going to spend some time
working in the 90-93 kgs range for more and more volume.
