trained Deadlifts this evening and he concluded his “volume” work for the next
few months. With 220 kgs x 5 reps Yuvraj is going to move into Eric Troy and
Joe Weir’s Singles Scene training protocol. Major props to Yuvraj for setting

I think 3
big pressing workouts in 5 days has taken its toll on me and I have reached the
point I never thought I’d get to: I’m doing “too much” pressing. So, I won’t
stress over the failed attempts from today. But on the whole: Overhead Presses
are getting tough and I need to switch things up. I will probably begin next
session with really heavy OHP and then work downwards to Banded work so that
the weight keeps getting lighter and I work for reps towards the end of the
workout.
