M97C08T3 Overhead Press 85 kgs x 2 reps & Old School Bent Over BB Rows 95 x 10

PRESS + TRICEPS + ROWS + BICEPS

Last night’s Chained Dips set with 28,5 kgs really messed my left shoulder up a bit. Both shoulders were really sore going into this session but the left shoulder is also tweaked a bit. I think it’ll sort itself out. I got a couple of days off from pressing so it should heal up. Rows were really good. I am working on some equipment for the gym. Hopefully it’ll come together soon.  

Overhead Press:
60 kgs x 10 reps
65 x 10
70 x 6
75 x 6
80 x 2
85 x 2

EZ Skullcrushers:
30 x 15 + 10 = 25
25 x 15 + 15 = 30
20 x 20 + 13 = 33

High to Low Band Rows:
No. 2 x 20 x 4 sets
Low to High Band Rows:
No. 2 x 20 x 4

Old School BB Rows:
65 x 20 + 3 = 23
65 x 15
75 x 15
75 x 13
85 x 10 x 2
95 x 10 x 2

Rowing Volume = 160 + 106 = 266

Preacher Curls:
10 x 8 + 8 + 8 + 6 = 30
7,5 x 9 + 8 + 7 + 4 = 28

12,5 x 3 + 1 + 1 = 5 with negatives
