+ TRICEPS + ROWS + BICEPS
Last night’s Chained Dips set with 28,5 kgs really
messed my left shoulder up a bit. Both shoulders were really sore going into
this session but the left shoulder is also tweaked a bit. I think it’ll sort
itself out. I got a couple of days off from pressing so it should heal up. Rows
were really good. I am working on some equipment for the gym. Hopefully it’ll
come together soon.
