Mornings were challenging and adding reps to 180 kgs was tough as nails. Next
week I am going to add to 185 kgs and then maybe some new opportunity will show
itself. In other news; I weighed myself and I am clocking in at a measly 85-86
kgs which is sub 190 lbs. I’m not sure if this is why but Overhead Presses have
been a pain in the butt lately and though I crushed a new PR with 93,5 kgs for
a single I know I could have done a double if I hadn’t done Bench last night. I
am going to work towards that goal.
