BENCH PRESS Assistance 2
I cannot
believe how sore I was going into this workout. Last night’s training has
absolutely wrecked my shoulders. This is another reason why a reset and change
of strategy for Uni OHP’s is so crucial. Today’s Chained Dips were challenging and
fun.
