LEFT OVER Training

I paired Overhead Presses and Chained Dips with Barbell Rows. I went into the workout feeling extremely lethargic and sluggish but I got it done and done well.

Overhead Press:
2/10 Method
80 kgs x 2 reps @ 86%
55 x 10 @ 59.1%
81,5 x 2 @ 87.6%
58 x 10 @ 62.3%
83 x 2 @ 89.2%
61 x 10 @ 65.6%
V = 36

Chained Dips:
8,5 x 10 x 5 sets

BB Rows:

75 x 8 x 11
