SQUAT Training
I went into
this workout extraordinarily sore and a total wreck from last night’s marathon
workout and this lead to a lat cramp during Anderson Back Squats and a bicep
cramp during Anderson Front Squats. I was very tempted to go RAW with ABSQ 165
kgs but I remembered my doctor; Dr. Kanishk, prohibiting me from stressing out
my quad this week and so I remained wrapped and bound for the entire ABSQ
section of the workout. I dabbled with 125 kgs on AFSQ for a single all RAW and
there was no pain but I cautiously wrapped up my knees again for 125 x 2. Next
week I am going to do more singles/doubles on ABSQ and maybe work up to 170
kgs. If wraps make me feel so good it is no stretch of my imagination to
understand why Powerlifters shift to gear!
