BENCH PRESS Assistance
I missed a
heavy bench session last week so I merged that workout with an assistance
workout to cram whatever I could. This is the first time I’m doing Chained
Bench Press and this is an incredibly difficult exercise. Both the top sets
with 75 and 76 kgs were grinders and after that regular BP seemed extremely
easy.
