I have made some tiny modifications to my training
template but I want to give them a test run before I solidify anything.
Tonight’s workout was very challenging on the OHP work but it tapered down and it
was all about rep work for everything else. I think getting the 75 kgs for a
single on OHP will be a huge deal because it should get me very very close to a
100 kgs OHP at my bodyweight of 84-86 kgs.
