PRESS + TRICEPS + ROWS

I have made some tiny modifications to my training template but I want to give them a test run before I solidify anything. Tonight’s workout was very challenging on the OHP work but it tapered down and it was all about rep work for everything else. I think getting the 75 kgs for a single on OHP will be a huge deal because it should get me very very close to a 100 kgs OHP at my bodyweight of 84-86 kgs.  

No. 2 Banded Overhead Press:
55 kgs x 3 reps
65 x 1
55 x 3 x 3 sets
65 x 2 PR
75 x struggle set x 2
55 x 2 x 2

EZ Skullcrushers:
30 x 12 + 12 + 12 = 36
25 x 12 + 12 + 12 = 36
20 x 15 + 15 + 10 = 40

Old School BB Rows:
85 x 10 + 10 = 20
75 x 10 + 10 + 10 = 30
65 x 10 + 10 + 10 = 30

Row Volume = 80

Rolling Thunder:
60 x 3 seconds
57,5 x 3
55 x 6 x 2
52,5 x 6
50 x 6
V = 30s

Rope Pullups:

BW x 5 x 2
