I was apprehensive about Chained Dips because of my right shoulder but it held up fine and I think I am feeling better after getting this session done. I will repeat this workout next week and add in some volume stuff – probably some more sets and reps of Chained Dips.   

Chained Dips:

8,5 x 8 x 2 sets

Overhead Press Pin Press:
65 x 3
70 x 3
75 x 3

DEADLIFTS

Diipen progressed on Banded Deadlifts from last week and bumped up regular Deadlifts to a single with 215 kgs @ 97.3%.

No. 1 Banded Deadlifts:
105 kgs x 3 reps x 2 sets
110 x 3
115 x 3
120 x 2
125 x 2
135 x struggle set

Deadlifts:
215 x 1 @ 97.3%
