ROWS + BICEPS + SQUATS

Merry Christmas, everyone! I need to redo my workout template because Rows are taking up too much time and I want to dedicate more time for Squats. I am close to hitting a big milestone on this and tonight’s workout is a good indicator of that because I returned to my max of 175 kgs for the first time since 11th July 2017 and I crushed it for two singles. Over the next few weeks I am going to get more and more comfortable with this weight till I feel ready for something bigger. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas, everyone!

High to Low Band Rows:
No. 2 x 20 reps x 4 sets
Low to High Band Rows:
No. 2 x 20 x 4

Old School BB Rows:
75 kgs x 15 x 2
95 x 12 x 2
Row Volume = 160 + 54 = 214

Hammer Curls:
15 x 9 + 8 + 5 = 22
12,5 x 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 = 26
10 x 10 + 8 + 8 = 26

Back Squats:
125 x 3
145 x 2
165 x 2 @ 94.3%
170 x 2 @ 97.1%
175 x 1 x 2 @ 100%
160 x 3 + 1 = 4 @ 91.4%
125 x 5

V = 20
