M97C11T4 Front Squats 145 kgs 100% with Pause

SQUATS + ROWS + BICEPS

I had to cut this workout short because I had to see The Last Jedi but I got all the important stuff done. Pending exercises are BB Rows and Bench which will happen tomorrow. I really like these back to back Squat training days because Front Squats felt absolutely amazing.     

High to Low Band Rows:
No. 3 x 10 reps x 2 sets
Low to High Band Rows:
No. 3 x 10 x 2
Row Volume = 40

Front Squats:
125 kgs x 1
135 x 1 @ 93.1%
145 x 1 @ 100%
105 x 3
V = 6

Preacher Curls:
10 x 8 + 8 + 8 + 5 + 3 = 32
7,5 x 9 + 8 + 7 + 4 + 3 = 31

15 x 1 + 1 = 2 negatives PR
