Squats are coming along great. I might hit a new milestone soon depending on how my workload tolerance grows.    

High to Low Band Rows:
No. 2 x 20 reps x 4 sets
Low to High Band Rows:
No. 2 x 20 x 4
Old School BB Rows:
75 kgs x 15 x 2
95 x 10 x 2

Row Volume = 160 + 50 = 210

Hammer Curls:
15 x 10 + 8 + 4 = 22
12,5 x 10 + 8 + 6 = 24
10 x 10 + 8 + 8 = 26

Back Squats:
125 x 3
145 x 2
165 x 2 @ 94.3%
170 x 3 @ 97.1% PR
172,5 x 1 @ 98.6%
160 x 2 @ 91.4%
145 x 2
125 x 5

V = 20
