SQUAT + BACK Training
Last week
when I began free squatting for the first time in many months; I complained
about my feet not aligning themselves in equidistance so to address this
problem I used a board behind my heels to make sure my stance was right. I
think in a few weeks this will become less of an issue. As for Back training: I
have to toe the line on volume because if I do too much I end up being
compromised for Deadlifts.
