PRESS + TRICEPS + ROWS + BICEPS
I went in
relatively beat up and sore after last night’s One Arm Shoulder Press training
but this did not hamper Bench in any big way. I wish I had gotten 8 reps with
105 because that would have been a PR but I’ll take what I can get. BB Rows
were very difficult after I had pre-exhausted my back with Band work. I am
still playing around with the numbers on Preacher Curls. I think in a couple of
workouts I will figure out how to balance the weight range that I am working
with.
