SQUAT Training
I have cut
back a little bit on the intensity of Pin Squats because I want to give my quad
a chance to heal. I will keep building a little every session and hopefully in
a short while I will be where I would like to be. I added a rep to the Anderson
Back Squat set with 150 kgs and the last set was a brutal grinder. Andersons
are super challenging. I am reworking my training schedule a bit. I spoke to my
mentor Eric Troy and I have reached the point where I “want” too many exercises
and it is causing chaos. Once Eric signs off on my plan/template I’ll post it
here.
