SQUAT & OVERHEAD PRESS Assistance
Failing big
attempts on Bench Press always leads to incredible soreness and true to my
expectations: I felt like a train-wreck today. Doing heavy Overhead work with
this soreness and fatigue is difficult and risky so I had to be really vigilant.
Squats are coming along nicely – especially since Andersons are very
challenging and there is a lot of growth opportunity on the table right now.
