This was a short and sweet workout just to keep the body moving. I have moved up my Deadlift workout so I kept this workout simple and relatively light.

Unilateral Overhead Press:
20 kgs x 10 reps
30 x 5
35 x 5

Tricep Band Pressdowns:

No. 1 x 20 x 3 sets
