ROWS + BICEPS + SQUATS
I was too
upright on the BB Rows so next time I will stick to the same weight x reps x
sets and focus on improving quality. I am really happy to be able to do Back
Squats again. There is no pain but the movement feels a little alien to me.
This is the first time I am doing Back Squats since July of this year. I will
probably take a few more sessions to get my groove back but I am in no hurry.
