My goal with
this workout was to do some Anderson Back Squats with my legs fatigued from Pin
Squats of the previous night and then I wanted to do some Chained Dips but I
got distracted with hanging out with my buddy Diipen and talking about future
plans and I never got to doing Chained Dips. This is a very short workout that
took a very long time to conclude.
