+ ROWS + BICEPS + TRICEPS
Overhead Presses started sliding sideways right from
the get go. At first I blamed it on the usual suspect: asthma, but my breathing
was off for both 93,5 kgs and 94 kgs. Instead of imploding with frustration; I
decided to go for broke and attempt 94,5 kgs and after a thorough grind I did
lock it out. I am happy to get this at my measly bodyweight of 85 kgs. The next
step is to turn this into a double. The rest of the workout is usual
bodybuilding rep work so I played some 90s pop and lost myself.

93,5 kgs x 1 rep @ 98.9% (new)
94 x 1 @ 99.5% (new)
94,5 x 1 @ 100% PR!
