In true bullheaded fashion that has become imbibed in
my psyche I avoided missing a beat and dove into this workout the day after
Deadlifts. I am happy to hit a rep PR on Banded Overhead Presses because I
goofed up my breathing and despite that error I got that final rep. I was
contemplating rotating Banded Bench and Banded OHP like I rotate DL and Good
Mornings but after this session I am going to shelve this idea for now. It doesn’t
need fixing if it isn’t broken!
