PRESS + ROWS + BICEPS

Overhead Presses felt very good today and through the grinders I did get some quality volume done. I threw in the BB Curls just to test the waters and I am shocked at how alien they are to me. Bodybuilding / hypertrophy stuff is so boring I am glad I just have to go through these motions every so often..because doing it full-time would be torture. Over the next few weeks I am going to reduce the volume of Band Rows and I am going to do a LOT more BB Rows but I will keep the volume high because I want to get that hypertrophy going.      

Overhead Press:
93,5 kgs x 2 reps @ 98.9%
94 x 2 @ 99.5%
90 x 1 @ 95.2%

High to Low Band Rows:
No. 2 x 25 x 2 sets
Low to High Band Rows:
No. 2 x 25 x 2

Old School BB Rows:
55 x 20 x 2
85 x 10 x 2
75 x 15 x 2
65 x 20 x 2

Row Volume = 230

BB Curls:
45 x 3 + 3 = 6
25 x 10 + 10 = 20
