Overhead Presses felt very good today and through the
grinders I did get some quality volume done. I threw in the BB Curls just to
test the waters and I am shocked at how alien they are to me. Bodybuilding /
hypertrophy stuff is so boring I am glad I just have to go through these
motions every so often..because doing it full-time would be torture. Over the
next few weeks I am going to reduce the volume of Band Rows and I am going to
do a LOT more BB Rows but I will keep the volume high because I want to get
that hypertrophy going.
