I was still sore from DL day on Friday so getting into
Squats was a big hurdle but I held it together and got the job done. I really
want to get 175 kgs x 3 reps and hopefully in the next few weeks I will get there.

Curls:
15 x 10 + 6 + 4 = 20
12,5 x 10 + 8 + 2 = 20
10 x 10 + 10 = 20
