SQUATS
+ BICEPS
I was mentally absent during a lot (most) of the work
sets on Squats so my plan of 175 kgs x 3 reps did not happen and I decided to
bump up the weight for a couple of singles instead. But this was a good workout
on the whole and my single with 177,5 kgs was a real grinder.
