PRESS
+ TRICEPS
Last week I tried to do Dips but my left shoulder was
hurting so I switched to Bench. Today, the pain was present in the first warm-up
set but I ignored it and nailed a good rep PR of 14 reps with 8,5 kgs chains. I
am going to add a lot of volume to this over time because I need to buff up a
bit. Overhead Presses certainly aren’t going to lift themselves. Haha!

Dips:
+8,5 kgs x 6 reps
+8,5 x 14 PR
+8,5 x 10
V = 30
Tricep
Band Pressdowns:
No. 1 x 20 x 6 sets
