SQUATS
+ ROWS
This was a good workout and although 150 kgs on Front
Squats felt tough as nails the video shows that I had it under control. Rows
were good and now I can focus on some good old bodybuilding pressing before Deadifts
come around.
Front
Squats:
125 kgs x 1 rep

105 x 3 w/ Wraps

Old
School BB Rows:
105 x 5 x 3 sets
95 x 8 x 2
75 x 20 x 2
V = 71
Total
Row Volume = 230 + 144 + 71 = 445
