Bench Press Giant Set Plan
On the Bench
Press day, I will do a Giant Set with 4 exercises for 5 sets:
1. Chained Dips
6 reps
2. Pull-ups 10
reps
3. Push-ups 8
reps
4. High to Low
Band Rows #2 x 15
5. Low to High
Band Rows #3 x 10
Volume
Check:
Chest = 70
reps
Back = 175
reps
Then on the
last workout, I will do some Flat DB Bench Press work for reps.
