OHP, Back, Grip & Bicep Training
I was
supposed to do my Assistance workout tonight. But I got lazy and I was/am
really tired so I swapped out Back Squats and began the workout with Grip and
Biceps instead. Despite that, I got a PR on Unilateral Overhead Presses so I am
not going to complain about any strength deficit. The workout was good, fast
and I like how the plan is coming together.
