BENCH PRESS Event
My quad is
recovering well and I should be putting in a Squat workout any day now. As for
today’s workout: I am ecstatic to have broken so many PRs and I think all this
rep work is really paying off on Bench. Next time Banded Pin Presses rotate up;
I am going to work on taking 115 kgs for multiple reps and sets. This is a big
benchmark for me and I’m savoring this moment.
