GRIP & BICEP Training

I am going to keep my bicep training to one “big” exercise like BB Curls or Hammer Curls where I go heavy for 3-4 sets of 4-8 reps and then I am going to do Hammer Curls or Preacher Curls for 3-4 sets of 10+ reps and a finisher of Band Curls for 1-2 sets of 15-20 reps. Unfortunately I had this epiphany after I finished this workout.

Rolling Thunder:
55 kgs x 1 second
57,5 x 1
55 x 6
50 x 8
50 x 6
50 x 5
V = 27 (+1)

Preacher Curls:
10 x 6 x 3 sets

BB Curls:
40 x 4 x 2

Concentration Hammer Curls:

5 x 15 x 2
