GRIP & BICEP Training
I am going
to keep my bicep training to one “big” exercise like BB Curls or Hammer Curls
where I go heavy for 3-4 sets of 4-8 reps and then I am going to do Hammer
Curls or Preacher Curls for 3-4 sets of 10+ reps and a finisher of Band Curls
for 1-2 sets of 15-20 reps. Unfortunately I had this epiphany after I finished
this workout.
