GRIP & BICEP Training
Today was
supposed to be Bench day but I postponed it to tomorrow because I had some
projects I had to work on. Stuff happens and unfortunately this week I will be
training three heavy days back to back going Monday Tuesday Wednesday. My right
quad is still hurting but I think it has marginally improved and the high rep
work helped it.
