I have further modified the 1/6 Method into 2/10 to add more volume. I absolutely love this exercise pairing and the superset effect.

Overhead Press:
80 kgs x 2 reps
55 x 10
81 x 2
57,5 x 10
82,5 x 2 @ 90.7%
60 x 10 PR @ 65.9%

Pull-ups:

BW x 5 x 6 sets
