SQUATS + ROWS

I had to cut this workout short because I was pressed for time but I got some real good quality work done on Front Squats with another single @ 150 kgs and in the meanwhile Kanishk successfully attempted his max Overhead Press of 75 kgs.

Front Squats:
125 kgs x 1 rep
137,5 x 1
150 x 1 @ 100%
140 x 1 @ 93.3%
105 x 3
V = 7

High to Low Band Rows:
No. 3 x 10 x 3 sets
Low to High Band Rows:
No. 3 x 10 x 3

Old School BB Rows:
85 x 8 x 2


Row Volume = 76
