SQUATS + ROWS

Front Squats felt great tonight. I paused at the bottom and really tried to get that stability going. This will also help me eliminate a lot of my anxiety and nervousness before this lift. I am going to try for some bigger numbers soon.  

Front Squats:
125 kgs x 1 rep
137,5 x 1
150 x 1 x 2 sets @ 100%
105 x 3
V = 7

High to Low Band Rows:
No. 3 x 10 x 3

Old School BB Rows:
125 x 3
105 x 5 x 3
85 x 8 x 2

V = 64
