M97C16T4 Back Squats 175 kgs x 2 reps PR 175 170 kgs, Yuvraj Deadlifts 220 kgs x 2 reps with Pullups Band Rows Supersets and Diipen Front Squats 140 kgs

SQUATS + BICEPS

I need to ease off Squats when I am going heavy on Deadlifts because I was wiped out even before I set foot in the gym today. Still, getting a PR with 175 kgs x 2 reps felt good and I will try to maintain some of this strength over the next 1-2 weeks till Good Mornings rotate back in.      

Back Squats:
125 kgs x 3 reps
145 x 2
165 x 2
175 x 2 @ 94.6% PR
175 x 1 @ 94.6%
170 x 1 @ 91.9%
160 x 2 + 2 Rest-Paused
125 x 5
V = 20

Preacher Curls:
10 x 10 + 8 + 4 = 22
7,5 x 10 + 8 + 5 = 23
15 x 3 PR + 1 = 4 with Negatives

Rope Pullups:
BW x 5 x 3 sets

DIIPEN FRONT SQUATS

Diipen got back to training after a couple of days off. He was still destroyed from Deadlifts on Saturday.

Front Squats:
105 kgs x 3 reps
115 x 3
125 x 1
135 x 1
140 x 1 @ 96.6%

Yuvraj supersetted Deadlifts with Pullups, High to Low Band Rows and Low to High Band Rows.
