SQUATS
+ BICEPS
I need to ease off Squats when I am going heavy on
Deadlifts because I was wiped out even before I set foot in the gym today.
Still, getting a PR with 175 kgs x 2 reps felt good and I will try to maintain
some of this strength over the next 1-2 weeks till Good Mornings rotate back in.
