SQUATS
My knee magically sorted itself out and I was able to
do some pain free Squats tonight. I shied away from taking my max for a single
but I got some decent overall volume and intensity. I will probably skip Front
Squats tomorrow and instead focus on Biceps, Triceps, Chained Dips and Barbell
Rows.
